Prevent Corporate Abuse

Large corporations sponsoring data centers, power plants and potential carbon capture pipelines have entered the scene recently. Public concerns about the environment, quality of life and energy costs are issues that need to be effectively managed either through the state or the county.  Our aquifers need protection and our personal freedoms need to be respected. My business and technical background provide needed experience and expertise currently missing on the Board of Supervisors.

Make Linn County fiscally responsible 

Our county needs to stay true to the essential core functions for our county government or there will be no incentive to respect your hard-earned tax dollars or to uncontrollably expand government.

Provide efficient needed mental health services

Grant funding available to the county to address the many facets of mental health can be a blessing and a curse. As financial abuse was observed in Minneapolis and throughout the country, our solutions must be effectual, efficient and managed carefully. 

Support law enforcement and first responders and the rule of law

Iowa needs enforcement to the problems of drugs, crime, gangs, and human trafficking. These problems cannot be allowed to flourish due to their harsh impact and difficulty to solve once they are entrenched.
